Controversial Car Door: To Be AND Not To Be:

According to a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), approximately 150,000 people in the United States are injured each year due to vehicle doors. This figure includes both minor and serious injuries, making car door injuries the most common type of car-related injury.

Perhaps the first of the main disadvantages of the “classic” door is that when opening the door, a significant amount of free space is required. Any flaw is a hidden contradiction. It can be formulated as follows: a car door when open should occupy a significant space to ensure ease of entry and exit for the driver and passengers, AND an opening door should occupy a small space due to dense city parking and for safety reasons.
