ReTyre And X-element

ReTire simply zips the new tread with winter spikes on existing tires in seconds. In terms of TRIZ, this might be considered as an application of the x-element. Apparently, in the next generation, an x-element should be eliminated and its function be transferred to the existing tire. Then a new thread could be made on the back side of existing tires that could be turned inside out?
