TRIZ training and problem solving

We would single out in the picture six basic directions of effective TRIZ application where our company is competitive and where we have broad practical experience:

In conditions of real manufacturing, the improvement of an existing product takes up the most significant portion of the effort. How to increase functionality of a product or how to reduce customer complaints about an existing product are always key concerns with manufacturers.

In conditions of strong competition, our company tries to develop the best parameters of new products with minimum cost to market and to attract new consumers. One of the components of this cost reduction strategy is manufacturing technology. This direction of TRIZ application takes the second position and is related to perfection of an existing technology.

The third direction most often use of TRIZ is the development of new products that are basically more modern modification of commercial products. As an example, a digital photo camera with an 8 megapixel matrix is replaced with a 12 and more megapixel matrix camera.

The next direction where we intensively use TRIZ is in scientific-and-research engineering. Its focus is the development of the next generations of existing products. For example, the development of cell phones with a new feature for receiving live video broadcasting.

Very close to this direction is short-term and long-term prediction for the development of brand new products for market. And at last, one more direction is new patent development and overcoming competitive patents. All these directions are presented in three main our activities.
